Vice President and Co-Founder of Van Midde and Son Concrete. Ted and Jennifer Van Midde started Van Midde and Son Concrete in 1991. Jennifer has been a great asset to the company ever since. Jennifer was the first person to see Ted’s great management abilities and potential for growth before he started Van Midde and Son. It was Jennifer’s encouragement and support that gave Ted the willingness to forge out on his own and start Van Midde & Son Concrete. Jennifer continues to play an important role in the company and coordinates quarterly strategy. Jennifer is Ted’s biggest source of inspiration and motivation
